I had to turn to some anon internet friends to figure out this crazy rear brake cable routing around the seat tube. Holy hell.
But at the end of the day, it's generally ready for service. Yep, there's a bunch of adjustment and shakedown that needs to occur, but it's rideable. After all this time. Rah!

Streamers! Where are the kick ass streamers?
I had a bike along a very similar vein as a kid, but with one speed, a coaster brake, 20" wheels and without the wheelie bars. My Dad also built me an extended chopper fork using the blades of two forks welded end to end. All I had to do to wheelie was lean back a couple of degrees and the front wheel would levitate. I could ride a wheelie on that bike as far as I wanted to go. I predict success for your project.
